Add MQTT topic '<prefix>dtu/cmd/restart' to allow rebooting OpenDTU from external systems like Node-RED or Home Assistant. - Subscribe to '<prefix>dtu/cmd/restart' with payload '1' to trigger reboot - Ignore retained messages and non-'1' payloads for safety - Uses RestartHelper.triggerRestart() for safe shutdown (LEDs off, display off) - Add Home Assistant auto-discovery button for DTU restart Fixes: #<issue-number>
