The EDK II platforms pages are _very_ outdated, with many platforms having been removed. Delete obsolete pages and add new ones for Intel's Alder Lake RVP and the Ampere Altra boards and systems. Signed-off-by: Rebecca Cran <rebecca@bsdio.com>

The EDK II platforms pages are very outdated, with many platforms having been removed. Delete obsolete pages and add new ones for Intel's Alder Lake RVP and the Ampere Altra boards and systems.
This is currently very incomplete, but mostly as an RFC/WIP.
Does the direction I'm taking the pages look correct?
Also, since the Alder Lake RVP is currently the only Intel platform apart from Simics, is it possible to buy it? I'm presuming not, and I'm wondering if in that case if we should work on supporting a consumer x86_64 board that people can buy and flash firmware onto?
