The refactored telemetryForAttempt in bind-session.ts no longer gates AI SDK recordInputs/recordOutputs on the channel-audience content ceiling, so private/internal conversation content can be written to OTel spans.

Summary
Stack 5/10. Removes channel audience, trace seeds, OTel settings/types, and process-runtime lookup from the production harness.
ai.eve.turn, telemetry options, runtime-context channel data, and lifecycle enrichment now come from bound controls; the old audience content-policy and trace-preparation modules are deleted.Validation
Validated with the complete tool-loop and runtime-context unit suites and the full stack unit and integration runs.
