Adds pushary-langgraph to the 📦 Packages section.

An open-source (MIT), published PyPI package that adds human-in-the-loop to LangGraph: a blocking ask_human and a durable pushary_interrupt that wraps LangGraph's native interrupt(), delivering the approval to a real person's phone and resuming on a signed webhook, fail-closed.
