リリース時に、前回リリースからの変更を確認し、読者や利用者に伝わるリリースノートを安定して作成する手順がClaude/Codex向けのスキルとして用意されていませんでした。
Cursor向けのリリースノート作成コマンドはありましたが、Claude CodeやCodexから同じ手順を参照できる形にはなっていませんでした。

Cursor向けの
write-release-noteコマンドを元に、Claude CodeとCodex向けのスキル文書を追加しました。.claude/skills/write-release-note/SKILL.mdを追加しました.codex/skills/write-release-note/SKILL.mdを追加しましたSKILL.mdに必要なfrontmatterを追加しましたValue
執筆者がClaude CodeやCodexから同じリリースノート作成手順を使えるようになります。
これにより、タグ、コミットログ、PR、Issue、コントリビューターを確認しながら、既存の形式に合わせたリリースノートを作成しやすくなります。
