⚡ Dashboard: PWR (Power & Efficiency)

In RCIC v4.0, power analytics have been separated from the BAT tab into their own dedicated PWR dashboard. This provides a clean, two-column layout focused entirely on your drone's energy consumption and efficiency over distance.

Real-Time Power Metrics

The top section of the screen displays giant, high-visibility values for instantaneous power draw:

  • Total Watts (W): Calculated in real-time by multiplying your current pack voltage by the instant Amp draw. This is the ultimate measure of the raw power your motors are demanding.
  • Instant Current (A): The live electrical load drawn by your ESCs.
  • Live Voltage (V): Your current battery pack voltage.

Efficiency Analytics

The bottom section tracks your cumulative energy usage to help you optimize your cruising speed for maximum range:

  • Consumed Capacity: Displays the total energy drained from the battery. It automatically adapts to show mAh (for standard current sensors) or % (if you are using a "Fuel" percentage sensor).
  • Distance: Your current odometer reading (in m or km).
  • Efficiency (EFF): Your live efficiency rating, displayed as mAh/km (or %/km). By monitoring this number, you can find your drone's optimal throttle position for long-range cruising. (Note: Efficiency calculations begin after you have flown at least 50 meters and consumed >0 mAh).

Dynamic Flight Time Estimator

  • EST: ~m: By reading your real-time current draw and cross-referencing it with your configured total capacity (BAT MAH), RCIC estimates your remaining flight time in minutes.
  • Capacity Bar: A slim progress bar at the bottom of the screen gives you a quick visual representation of your remaining battery percentage.
