This PR adds a call to the
Set-FunctionInvocationContextcmdlet to set the invocation id in module private data whenStart-OpenTelemetryInvocationInternalis called. It also adds theGet-CurrentActivityForInvocationcmdlet.The standalone Durable Functions PowerShell SDK uses the changes in this PR to get the current Activity based on the function invocation ID. PR: Azure/azure-functions-durable-powershell#99
