Now you can just click the button and increase the unit cost by 50% for all Space Marine Terminators that can teleport
No more manual mathing :)

Bug fix to points system

Ok I have fixed the issue for peoples list building.
If you now build a list with no point restrictions - it will work based on the %'s of the current forces you have. So if you have 500 pts worth of units, your support will only allow 50% of that etc (and will go up as you add more units etc etc).

If you set a proper points limit like 1000 pts - then it will set each type to what it should for those points and lock that there. So so for Marines they will have 500 pts worth of support to use - etc etc.

I still need to fix up the ally system later!

Did bigger changes than planned when working on the nids - so now the "need X points" will always show properly based on your points limit set when you make your list, instead of happening dynamically
So now if you pick a 500 pt list, and you're doing Space Marines for example - it'll tell you that you have a max of 250 pts for Characters and Support... etc etc
This should be done and workin for every army. Ally sub lists though are probably going to need a rework..

THIS MAY CAUSE ISSUES FOR EXISTING LISTS! Apologies - but if you remake them it should be fine.

Bug fixin!
Imperial Guard command/hq squads - changed how you buy weapons. They aren't tied to the 4 guardsman as it caused confusion on selecting it once and having it apply 4 per. Now you just pick weapons separately
Ork Runtherder: Gave wargear cards access
Codex Chaos: Lord issues - cleaned up how it sees Lord as being "required" when you take Special Characters
Leman Russ - fixed side armour value being wrong
Space Marines (all) - Fixed attack bike points when you added them to bike squads (it was charging too much)
Orks - fixed artillery allowance bug, was due to Zodrot
