[ENG-8975]Redirect addon bugfixes

Purpose

• Fix issue with Addons Terms page for node addons page and user settings addons page
• Addresses a couple issues that were not found as this PR's functionality was not testable on a staging environment until recently [ENG-8975] Redirect addons support #696

Summary of Changes

• Added needed behavior to identify when a redirect service is the chosen addon type
• Added needed logic to change button on the terms page
