Updated the weight and added a starts attribute for the troll zombie.

Purpose of change
Trolls should be really hard for zombies to kill without totally overwhelming them, so I imagine there wouldn't be as many troll zombies.
Also, most other creature zombies have a "starts" field, and trolls do not.

Add "starts": "21 days" and reduce the frequency of troll zombie spawns.
