Push payloads

You will need a machine that have the files and that can be connected via USB with the Switch. You also need to put your Switch into RCM mode to be able to push payloads.
Follow this tutorial for pushing payloads using Windows, Android, Linux, Chromebook and MacOS.
Usually the dongle comes with an image of Hekate in it already. With the Switch in RCM mode, put the dongle inside. Let it for 2 or 3 seconds until Hekate has fully booted up. Then you can remove the dongle.
