External Segmentation Process Description:

This process allows you to import segmentations generated by third-party software and use these external masks for the following steps.

Parameter Descriptions:

Input Channels:

This allows you to select which channels you want to perform segmentation on. By default, all channels will be segmented. Select the channels by clicking on them in the "Available Input Channels" box and then clicking "Select->" to move them to the "Selected Channels" box. You can unselect a channel by clicking the "Delete" button.

External mask paths:

This allows you to specify a directory containing the segmented masks to be applied to the images in the input channel. You need to provide the same number and order of mask paths as the number and order of selected channels.
