Summary

Builds a new version of the Data Library, using Typescript and Material UI. This Data Library does a few critical things:

1. Complicated original design has been simplified and modularized
2. Filter state is saved in the URL, so views can be shared
3. Aggregation is directly done using ElasticSearch queries, instead of doing this with Javascript
4. Pagination is directly done using ElasticSearch queries, instead of downloading everything and manually paginating

Performance:

• Reduces initial page load time from 8.47s to <1s
• Reduces total data sent over from 33MB to 3.07MB
