What does this PR do?

Upgrades the WixSharp version to use WiX v5.0.2. https://github.com/oleg-shilo/wixsharp/wiki/WixSharp-and-WiX4

For up-to-date features, security updates, and support, it's advisable to migrate to WiX v4.0 or the latest version, WiX v5.0.2, released on October 4, 2024.

Describe how you validated your changes

  • Compared the decompiled WiX .wxs files between the old and new MSIs using Cursor.
  • Ran MSI and Windows fleet e2e tests in CI (new-e2e-windows-agent-msi-windows-server-a7-x86_64 and new-e2e-installer-windows)

  3. Its configuration does not mark it "erratic".
