Modifications to build system to better match areaDetector standard, fix build issues with example ioc.

• Remove example IOC build artifacts - Removes dbd and bin folders
• Update gitignore
• Rename phantomIOC example
• Use commonLibraryMakefile. Don't need to link all libraries into library itself. - The driver library doesn't need to link all the libraries, so remove that, and use commonLibraryMakefile
• Update top level makefile and configure dir to match AD standard - Modifications to build in AD build tree out of the box
• Fixes to example startup script - Few typos found when testing example script with camera at NSLS2.
