2.0

This release of the MPOG knowledge base (version 2.0) has a combination of local and remote causal pathways and message templates. Performance_measures, comparators and readme.md are added locally. vignettes and some of the causal pathways and message templates are linked from the Precision Feedback Knowledge Base release version 1.4. The SCAFFOLD v1.1 could be used with this KB similar to what was used for trial.

Attached to this release you can also find the metadata-driven packaged KO version 2.0 which could be used as the KB for the SCAFFOLD v1.1 for MPOG.
