Here are the main updated compared to previous release:

• context file for PSDO and CPO ontologies are added and used in the metadata file to type knowledge elements
• metadata file is completely updated based on the new released version of KOIO (2.1)

This version of the MPOG knowledge base is compatible with SCAFFOLD v1.2. It has a combination of local and remote causal pathways and message templates. Performance_measures, comparators and readme.md are added locally. Vignettes and some of the causal pathways and message templates are linked from the Precision Feedback Knowledge Base release version 1.6.

Attached to this release you can also find the metadata-driven packaged KO version 3.1 which that could be used as the KB for the SCAFFOLD v1.2 for MPOG.

The SCAFFOLD v1.1 could be used with this KB similar to what was used for trial.
