This version of the MPOG knowledge base is compatible with SCAFFOLD v1.2. It has a combination of local and remote causal pathways and message templates. Performance_measures, comparators and readme.md are added locally. Vignettes and some of the causal pathways and message templates are linked from the Precision Feedback Knowledge Base release version 1.5.

Attached to this release you can also find the metadata-driven packaged KO version 3.0 which that could be used as the KB for the SCAFFOLD v1.2 for MPOG.
