Question about: Apply dynamic forces to a single point

Hi everyone,
I'm working with a metal plate that I want to hold in place using three contact points.
These points apply force to the plate, causing it to vibrate (simplified: up and down movement).
The plate should be fixed only at these three points — nothing else.

Does anyone know how to set this up in Genesis?
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated!
