Updated the logging scripts to properly log contributions made to files where .github parent directory. And to reflect those changes to deployed version, the markdown & html conversion script were also updated. Also added docstrings to each functions within all the scripts.
Added auto-assigner, auto-commenter, auto-labeler and stale automation workflows.
