Apply Licence to LiveReview

In Download, Install and Run LiveReview, I showed how to apply license as a matter of course - getting LiveReview going.

Here, I will show how License can be managed later. You can always see the ribbon mentioning License status at the top. Click "Update License", enter the Licence value and click "Save" to update license.

Or, you can goto Settings -> License - you can perform the same actions but also get more details such as exact expiry date.
