⬆️Maintenance: upgrade to traefik v3.4.0

What do these changes do?

upgrade traefik from 3.1.2 to 3.4.0. it seems that earlier version was killing the performance by quite the number.

as shown in the following screenshot moving from traefik 3.1.2 to 3.4.0 brings back almost the raw performance of the webserver. That is locally on my machine a factor 4 in requests per seconds hitting / endpoint.
