LearnAPI.jl 0.2 has just been released, which has a breaking change
LiteralTarget->Point. While this does not break the current package, which does not even depend on it (even in testing) there were a few references to it in docstrings, which are accordingly updated here.(StatisticalMeasures.jl is broken by LearnAPI 0.2.)
