The default is still h=0, that is zero-order hold, like all the other DiffSolver in the package.

Added a comments in TrapezoidalCollocation docstring that there will be an assumption mismatch between TrapezoidalCollocation(1) and a plant model simulated with the various DiffSolver in the package.

Also added some moveinput! simple tests using TrapezoidalCollocation(1)
