Add missing call to vkCmdSetRenderingInputAttachmentIndicesKHR in sample dynamic_rendering_local_read

Description

When input attachment index mappings is used during dynamic rendering, this mapping not only has to be provided on pipeline creation, but also on rendering.

Build tested on Win10 with VS2022. Run tested on Win10 with NVidia GPU.

Resolves #1429.

Are you sure this is an issue? We recently had a lengthy discussion about this in Discord and came to the conclusion that this call isn't required for this sample.

Not at all.
It's the VVL, that warned me about it.
If you're sure, it's a false positive, I can simply close this PR.

The spec says that vkCmdSetRenderingInputAttachmentIndicesKHR must match the mappings provided to the bound pipeline, if one is bound. I've always understood that the data must be set in both places. I can tell you that our driver only actually uses the data set in the pipeline, though others may be the other way around I guess.
