I cleaned up the first script (
NextFlow_Output_QC_Postprocess_1.R). I created a copy of it (scripts/QC_nextflow_output.R) in order to useRscript xx.Rdirectly on the terminal.The addition of
renvandRBase.defis part of my experiment to create reproducible environment:renvcaptures all the packages I used in the interactive session, andRBase.defis used to create a container fromrenv.
