fix: undeprecate fetchPKPsThroughRelayer for browser environments

• Remove @deprecated tag and runtime warning from fetchPKPsThroughRelayer
• Update documentation to indicate it's the preferred method for browser environments
• Add warning to fetchPKPs about potential wallet popups in browser environments
