• I notice that https://github.com/Nixtla/nixtla/blob/main/timegpt-docs/openapi.json has references to [email protected], could we need to change those as well in this PR? Let me know if there are things to note regarding the process of changing this info.

• The run-models-performance tests failure has nothing to do with this PR. You may ignore the test failure.
  @deven367 we could also consider disabling this if we only update the documents as shown in this PR
