Add options to attack surfacescanning.
IncludeOnly: allowlisting endpoints
Ignore: denylisting endpoints

Formats:

• Domains: example.com, .example.com, dev.
• IP addresses: 1.2.3.4, 1.2.3.0-255
• Paths: /api, /api/*/test, /api/**/test
• Ports: 22, 100-300
