OutVTKdir --> OutVTKDir for consistency
This allows reference meshes to get written for error checking before attempting to do mapping. Useful for troubleshooting when meshes are not aligned.

It was difficult to debug an issue with how the mesh nodes were assigned to blades (the problem was with the calling code).
