CI CD environment

The initial Jenkins environment that was set up as the "development environment" for the D2.1 deliverable due at month 6 is no longer active as it has been replaced by the CI/CD capabilities of OpenShift that provides a number of mechanisms for CI/CD including source2image and Jenkins.

The CI/CD capabilities of OpenShift need to be better documented here. In the meantime consult the OpenShift developer guide.
