CI CD environment

The initial Jenkins environment that was set up as the "development environment" for the D2.1 deliverable due at month 6is no longer active as it has been replaced by the CI/CD capabilities of OpenShift that provides a number of mechanisms for CiCd including source2image and Jenkins.

The CI/CD capabilities of OpenShift need to be better documented here. In the meantime consult the OpenShift developer guide.
