CI CD environment

We have set up an initial Jenkins environment as the "development environment" that is needed for the D2.1 deliverable due at month 6. This is a stand-alone Jenkins running on a server at Scaleway. It can be found here, but note that the location may change in future and the server may not be running continuously in the initial stages.

This Jenkins environment is configured to authenticate against GitHub so you will be prompted for your GitHub login, and you must have been added to the OpenRiskNet GitHub organisation. Specific named users are configured as admins. If you think you need to be an admin contact Tim Dudgeon or another admin.
