Repository Creation

Creating new repositories will be restricted to members of the OpenRiskNet organisation who are designated as “owners”. This will provide some control over this process and prevent uncontrolled proliferation of repositories. Owner role will be restricted to key individuals from partners integrally involved with the development process.
