This updates uORB messages that were somewhat updated to the new uORB doc standard, to fix up things that were changed. For example, it removes whitespace as agreed, and in some cases changes units to match units used in other topics.
This also updates the docs generator tools to add a few more allowed units, such as Wh, and a few more frames.
