SetupMTCConnectWithTrajectoryis being deprecated in https://github.com/PickNikRobotics/moveit_pro/pull/13920This PR updates calls to
SetupMTCConnectWithTrajectorywith the newSetupMTCConnectWithProRRT, which exposes ProRRT-specific ports like padding, velocity scale, seed, etc.
