Package names and links are outdated in the README #92

Links to index.ros.org are broken from the README
They both have a typo with three ps in the URL but also they are linking to outdated package names.
And this appears that the package list in the readme is out of date compared to the source tree. I see 4 other packages: https://index.ros.org/r/ros2_robotiq_gripper/#rolling
This was filed as ros-infrastructure/rosindex#558 but I'm reopening it here as it's the source of the incorrect links.
