Scrambled epitope and TCR ImRex modellen + Spearman correlation

Trained 2 new ImRex models, one with scrambled epitope sequences and one with scrambled TCR sequences.
Added the Spearman correlation.
Updated the plots
Added a comparison analysis with TCRdist

Saliency FAE methods for TITAN and Correlation instead of RMSE

Added all gradient based (Saliency) Feature Attribution Extraction methods for TITAN.
The correlation is calculated instead of the RMSE to compare feature attributions and residue proximity

Documentation and Install update

Created a global setup.
Added documentation.
