Enhance Error Handling and Timeout Management
- must use the humble branch source(ros2 branch[apt target] does not have the fast protocol implemented)
Remove deprecated parameter `ros_update_freq_` to prevent `stoi` failure
Use GroupFastSyncRead and GroupFastBulkRead
