A test is failing in main, not sure why, but figured better safe.

Reverts recent changes in file editing tools to previous state due to a failing test, removing user edit handling and diff application logic.

• Revert Changes:
  • Reverts changes in applyDiffTool.ts, insertContentTool.ts, searchAndReplaceTool.ts, and writeToFileTool.ts to previous state.
  • Removes handling of user edits and diff application logic.
• DiffViewProvider:
  • Removes pushToolWriteResult() method and related logic.
  • Restores previous behavior in saveChanges() method.
• Misc:
  • Reverts import of addLineNumbers in applyDiffTool.ts and writeToFileTool.ts.
