Snowfakery updates

  • Person Accounts are supported
  • The way Snowfakery works with CCI used to require a CCI mapping file and they got out of sync. If you ever need to edit the mapping file for Snowfakery purposes, get in touch with Paul because it’s probably a bug.
  • Kim made a PR for Snowfakery recipe standardization, Paul is reviewing it
  • Michael Beaty made a Snowfakery Recipe File - International Locale for Contacts and Accounts (Addresses) with Affiliations and Relationships for the following locales:
    • en_GB # English (Great Britain)
    • ja_JP # Japanese (Japan)
    • en_AU # English (Australia)
    • fr_FR # French (France)
    • fr_CA # French (Canada)
    • es_ES # Spanish (Spain)
    • es_MX # Spanish (Mexico)
  • Jung made an improvement to the PMM recipe
  • What’s up with the EDA recipe?
  • Who’s currently using Snowfakery in their day jobs?
    • Michael is doing data gen by hand because he wants to reproduce the same data every time
    • Use case would be some hard-coded data and some randomly generated data (to populate dashboards)

  • Not much has changed since sprint
