This object should be recreated after every map changing, because it could contain state which was invalidated (such as events or models indices).

I spent something like 8+ months on this PR while also working on other projects and doing other things. But I'm pretty satisfied of how it all turned out: no more mess with server-side code on client side like it was originally in HLSDK - as for now, everything is organized and takes it's proper places.
