Workarena L1 already provides several form creation tasks (e.g., incident, problem). We require small changes to make them work in the Workspace part of the platform as both forms are not necessarily the same (not the same fields), and some code is coupled to the standard forms.
This is a way to extend them to workspace forms: incidents, problems, interactions, change requests, etc.
