Installing Docker on Mac OS

Download Docker from the following link https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-mac/install/ by selecting “Download from Docker Hub” and then selecting “Get Stable”

When the pop-up appears, select open file instead of save, then click “OK”

After the installation window appears, drag and drop the Docker to the Applications folder, then double click on the Docker logo to start the application.

If a pop up appears stating “Docker is an app downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?” click on Open.

Once it is fully loaded, a small whale logo below should appear at the top of your screen.
