v1.16.1 HID Fixes

This release fixes a few issues of the previous versions.

Main changes:

• HID direction handling changed based on MSFFB stick for 2 axis systems
  • --> Now works correctly with XPForce, DCS and IL2 and other 2 axis flight sims
• TMC4671 encoder ADC rate changed back to higher speed for better reliability
• TMC debug mode openloop motion now uses torque mode for safer current control
  • New command now allows actual openloop raw PWM
• Fixed CAN message send command (length was always 0 in last release)
