NEW: Added a very basic Lightbar and Rumble sample

Description

Just a sample with buttons that change 4 colors for the lightbar and a few variations of rumble. Here's what it looks like:

Testing status & QA

Checked that each button works, did not test UI scaling on some devices though.

Please try it out locally, I'm only worried about UI scaling messing up on some screens but at the same time I don't think this will be shipped for the users anyway?
