It's time to do a Jazzy & Rolling release again.

Please approve only, I'll rebase-merge, push the tag and bloom-release afterwards.

Good suggestion, but

a) That should be done outside of a release PR
b) Should we claim to support PolyScope X? I think for that we should add some more documentation about PolyScope X robots.
