Tools
You can add Linux tools to Playnite from the Software Tools menu in the very similar way as you add Windows tools. In the Path field you need to provide the Linux path of your target tool with the wine-bridge:// prefix. You can also provide additional Arguments to the command. Working Directory is ignored.
