Update to 1.0.2 after the following updates:

• handling of gzipped files in geovar_codes_streaming()
• substantially updated unit testing for binning.py and utils.py to increase to average 95% coverage for those two files.

Bugfixes

This release addresses two issues in the descriptive notebook tutorial:

1. You can now very easily change the order of population labels after a quick bugfix
2. The documentation does not contain excessive images and html stubs from previous runs of sphinx that were accidentally committed.

This release is the first version of geovar that includes formal testing and CI. Major backward compatibility breaking updates are that we now use cyvcf2 as the VCF processing engine over scikit-allel in order to save memory.
