Mark Headd edited this page Oct 11, 2017 · 1 revision

Summary

The pace of work accelerated this sprint on the initial technical prototype as security approvals were granted and the team had opportunities to evaluate different options for accessing data in legacy systems. In addition, more progress was made refining the procurement documents and acquisition strategy for the initial procurement.

Of particular note, the APD documents relating to the work being done on this project were completed by the state and submitted to CMS for review. Go team!

Completed

  • We updated our developing technical prototype to access more legacy data sources, proving out a key assumption that will be critical to our first procurement.
  • We retired an older prototype application that we used to develop our devops pipeline, and added our new prototype (which accesses legacy systems) to our build & deployment pipeline.
  • Completed APD documents and submitted to CMS for review.
  • Completed a draft RFP for the first procurement that includes known gaps that will be pulled in from the draft SOW that’s already posted.

To do

  • Complete working technical prototype that provides API access to legacy (test) data.
  • Create a new GitHub repository for the first procurement and post draft RFP.
  • Finalize procurement document for first buy and post to Github in advance of vendor outreach
